I need to know where on my oil pump the idiot light is. Is it threaded in under the filter on the extreme left of the body? On the tip?

Don't over torque the sending unit!! You can very easily split the pump where the sender threads in if you over tighten it.

That may give you oil before it goes through the filter. I'm not sure. You do not want unfiltered oil going to your turbo.

That location is fine. I put a "T" at that point, ran a 1/4 line from there to my turbo, and a pressure gauge line, off the other branch, and never had a problem.
