I am putting an early model head on a later model short block. I'm using the valve train and bolts etc. from a later model head. The rear bolt (Oil feed) does not fit. Are ther other differences that will get in the way? Also I want to use the original manifolds from the early 170 from the original car. Will there be an exhaust hook up problem because the later block is a taller 225?
