My Duster has a bad vibration in the steering wheel that shows up at around 50, disappers at 60, and reappears at 75. I thought it was a bent wheel so I rotated my tires, had them balanced, and checked the tires/wheels to see if they were out of round. After all of this it still shook, checked both front wheel bearings they are fine. Balljoints have no noticable play in them and the tie rod ends are new. Could it be shocks? I know my brake rotors are warped (shakes when you hit the brakes) but they should not affect the way the car drives when you are going down the road, should it?

Sure they do. The pads are in contact with the rotors at all times. Other things to look for are tread or tire irregularities (tire hop or out of round condition) or your rotors themselves could be causing a weight imbalance.

The driveshaft could be out of balance, as well.
