What Carters? Early BBDs and BBS's used same jets Later BBDs used same jets as 4bbls... Not sure of the cutoff year |

One carter book specifies all post 1978 Carter's will swap with BBD's...It may actually be a bit earlier than that though I think . -D.Idiot |

I am not sure of the year either, Just look for the BBD's that have the flat plate above the fuel inlet. Those are the ones that will use the afb/avs jets. If it has a rounded top above the fuel inlet with a lever for the acc. pump that is the early style that has the totally different jets. Greg |
