I am most likely coming to the Clay City race, in between other stuff I have going on Labor Day wkend (wedding).

Who else is in? I hear Mike Jeffrey and Seymour are coming.

Any of you Pittsburg cats coming down? Be great to see some new faces there.

I can't make it. After my 3 week trip, which included the Pittsburgh race, Beaver Springs Dragway, and Island Dragway. I'm out of fun money. There is a slim chance, I might be able to refill the coffers, for Piedmont.

Hope to make it. Took my car to Brainerd in Chattanooga Sat. night and my have some issues with the torque converter. Will go see the tranny guy today or tomorrow so hopefully i will leave this Friday. Will keep my fingers crossed and hope it is not serious.

It Aint Over Until I Win

I'll be bringing "Project V" to Clay City. Not sure how it'll run based on my last t'n't outing, but we'll give it a go.

Should be able to leave home around 2-3 pm Friday, which should get me there around 7-8 pm.

Hope we get a big turnout!

Reminds me of something I saw, 25 years ago, painted on the trunk lid of a race car. "We are the people your mothers warned you about"

Sorry I couldn't be at 66, but I plan on making the drive to St. Louis as a spectator. Maybe somebody will acknowledge the fact that I'm a human, and not throw rocks.
