With the mods planned for my engine it will have 260 cubic inches. I would like to put an emblem on my car that states this, but I don't want it to stick out to bad.
First idea is just some stickers from a graphics shop. This is the cheapest but not great. The next idea is to replace the hood plate with custom CNC machined ones that say "260-6". This is ideal but I would think it would be very pricey. Ideas of how this can be done with out the high cost would be great. The last idea is self evedent in the picture. I checked with a trophy shop about this idea and they said they couldn't do it.

Your thoughts please

Get a 426 badge from a hemi, and put a decimal point in it so it's

4.26

which is a 260 in liters.............

There is a vendor on E-bay, that does decals. Can do pretty much anything you would like. Just need to send him a sketch. Goes by "mackdieseldude". He did the "powered by 170 slant six" decals on my Cuda.

On a friends car we took a new set of the V6 Magnum emblems and did a little cutting. We cut part of the V off and now it's /6 Magnum. Most people don't even notice. But the ones who catch it get a kick.

I like the Mercedes piece as a starter. The Ford emblem has the wide "V" thing under it. Now, if it were going into a Valiant ...

Yep. Just dropped it off at the machine shop today. We may go a little more than 4.5 on the stroke. After the cleaning and measuring we'll see, but 4.5 is a minium goal.
Were throwing around different ideas like stroking AND 198 rods with custom forged pistons with the oil rings in the wrist pin area.
I'll let you know when the measurements come in.
P.S. we are watching rod ratio.
