| Post subject: | D-100 /6 to /6 swap |
In a nut shell my motor in my 85' D100 is shot. I found a good running /6 in a 81' Van. Auto with A/C. I would like to swap my 6 with this engine. Question is, will there be anything I need to change or is this a pretty clean swap? Keep in mind my truck has a A833OD and the van is a an auto. Thanks Highway |

Don't forget the pilot bearing in the crank! Hopefully the crank is drilled and reamed for the bushing. If not you can use a roller pilot bearing for a late model pickup. |
