I have been searching and striking out looking for stock 73-76 disk uca's. With prices of over $100 on ebag for a rebuildable pair, the money is close enough for me to look at new tubular uca's.

My main worry is that this for a daily driver. I like the extra adjustability, but I am worried they might not live long on the street.

I was looking at:

magnumforce (a bit pricey) but maybe worth it?
and
capautoproducts (more in my $ range)

or should I spend the $ on stock arms and the parts to build them?
the car is the otherwise stock 63 dart in the pic below

The stock ones work very well, but $100 seems a bit much. Reilly's are the tubular ones to get, as Dennis says.

The tubulars have a bit more favorable geometry than the stock items. And I agree, it's getting harder to find the stock UCA's for a good price.

If you can get a hold of a set of the stock UCA's, get the Moog "Problem Solver" offset bushings for it. You can install them such that you can dial more static caster/camber into the car, which is a plus.

I've never ponied up for tubular arms, but I have done the offset bushings on a couple cars.

I bought a set of Magnum Force tubular arms several years ago when they first came out for a b-body,used them on two different cars for several years and assume they are still on the second car I installed them on,they held up great on hard driven daily drivers and allowed for 2 1/2 degrees caster which really helped the handling on twisty roads.
