| Post subject: | torsion bars and ride height |
my car is all put together with no motor and the ride height seems too high, the adjusting bolts are sticking out from under the control arms by an inch so its only going to get worse. is it possible i installed the lower control arms withe the socket that retains the torsion bar in the wrong place,or will the weight of my engine make that much of a difference.i had about 320 lbs. on it and it barely moved which leads me to suspect its the lca's.how much space should be between the frame and the rubber bumper on the lca? thanks |

It sounds like you may have the hexes one notch off if it's sitting that high. |
