first off, let me apologize for using this slant 6 site for this question.
For anyone that might have similar experience.....the windows in my 65' valiant v100 keep getting fogged up. I'll clean them with window cleaner than they get fogged up again a few days later. Anyone know how to treat this?

I had this happen to me and it was the heater core leaking and spraying steam into the vents.
The other time I had this happen - I was driving semi and coming back from Minnesota in the middle of summer - it was around 100% humidity and I had the airconditioner going full bore because it was also around 95 degrees out and about 10 o'clock at night! The windows fogged up like crazy!!
Talk at ya later,
Dan

Thanks for the info but i don't think those are the causes. My windows fog up slowly, over the course of a few days. And it happens more in the heat with the windows up, even when I'm not driving. I just heard something about vinyl fogging. What's that all about?

I vote for the heater core leaking / weeping. The antifreeze does strange stuff. It will evaporate and deposit on your windows. You won't see anything spraying out the vents or anything dripping on the floor. Just takes a tiny leak.
I would think after 35 years any vinyl in your car would be all out of "fog".

No, I don't smoke. I'll check the heater core. Thanks for the info.

I vote for a small leak in the heater core. This is the most common cause.
