OK, I've been searching for over an hour and can't find my answer. I thought I read somewhere that an early A-body K member (63-66) is the same whether it's a 6 or a V8. Is this true? If not can I put a 77 /6 in my 66 that has a V8 K member? Old info I thought I knew, sorry? Thanks in advance |

Yes, the early K-members are the same for \6 and V8 engines. |

You'll want an early A-body oil pan and pickup tube on the '77 engine. What transmission do you plan on using? |

I have the manual overdrive on the 77, Will use the crossmember |

The '77 cross member won't fit the '66, but the '66 cross member and mount will bolt to the '77 trans. |
