$40 to $60.00 range in my book... a little more if it has the large yoke on it. DD |

IIRC, Randy's Ring 'n' Pinion was looking for core cases a few years back. Would give $75+ship for an empty case, maybe just 489? Lou |

Lou gave me one a few years ago. I have since lost it in my shop somewhere. |

Yep, but boy did it turn into a fiasco for a buddy and I. He needed to supply a core for the 4.10 setup he was buying, and was told about this "deal". We both came up with a couple and lugged them across the state when we were going to a car show in Seattle. Drove up there first, and all of a sudden, they weren't really looking for cores and paying $75. In the end, we did get $60 each, but it took some arguing and about 3 hours to get them to do anything.Lou Not sure what the problem was, but it was spun as a mis-communication between the salesman that talked to my friend, and the salesman's supervisor. Nothing against Randy's, but it sure wasn't what we expected. |
