I was shooting for last summer at Carlisle. Took a little longer than I thought. First I sent my Hurst shifter away to Year One to be rebuilt. I got the fact that the price in the catalog I had increased from $89 to $250, but didn't get the new address. My catalog said allow 4-6 weeks, so after 6 weeks I emailed them, but they hadn't received it. The rep also said it would take 8-10 wks, now, if recieved. The best they could do was to tell me I should have insured the package. Should have sent it to the right place too. Just got done mixing and matching linkages to make cheapie new Hurst shifter fit the A body. Didn't want to modify the old linkage rods in case original turns up. Now I can see if that solves the no second gear problem with used 4-speed. :|
