I bought the Y-156 or whatever it was for a super six that everyone is talking about and the damn wire snapped right at the connector head that hooks up to the carburetor. I had to walk down to target and buy some picture hanging wire. Then I used one of the hose clamps connecting the pcv to the carb and ran the wire through the clamp and clamped it down around the cable. Then I just pulled it back up to the connector on the carb and wrapped it around and around until it was tight. Does anyone know of a better made cable? I've only had it on for about 6 months and its not like i've been doing anything crazy on the gas pedal.

You might look into investing in a Pioneer CA-8417, if you have a Kragens or Schuck's Auto Supply nearby, or an auto parts store that deals in Pioneer Throttle cables, but you'll have to order and wait a week to get it, so far it's a good quality item... If you had a 1975+ duster you could just use the 'stock' cable from the F-body...

good luck,
