i am tyring to find a supplier of SLANT 6 NEOPRENE REAR MAIN SEALS in australia ..

do V8 (la small block 318-360) fit .. because i`ve got one of those ...

yours a little sick of cleaning up oil drips .l..

It's the same one used for the 440 and 426 hemi, not the 318.


Here's an outfit down there. Have never dealt with them, but it looks like they've been in business for over 20 years. I have no idea how common big blocks are/were in Oz, so don't know how commonplace parts suppliers for them might be.

If the seal mating surface on the crank has a groove worn into it, a neoprene seal may not entirely solve your problem. In that case, you may want to go with a "rope"-style seal.
