I am looking to build up the motor in my 86 d100. I've been looking around but can only find stuff for early model slant sixs. If anybody knows where I can find some parts or can tell me any info send me a message. I'm looking to get around 200-300 hp, but I dont wanna race truck. Thanks

There is not much difference except that your 86 has a cast crankshaft and hydraulic lifters.
Any external bolt-on parts for the earlier engine will bolt onto yours.
