I installed all aftermarket gauges in my 73 Swinger. In the dash panel, I used 0.312 diameter LED lights These in my dash panel for my turn signal indicators, brights indicator , and brake warning light. For each light, I used the sender wires from the round plug behind the panel and a ground. They all work except for the brake warning light.

I thought maybe it needed power to it in addition to the sender wire, but when I tried that it just blew the fuse. Anybody have any ideas?

Remember that LEDs work in one direction only, because the "D" stands for diode. Try swapping the wires and see if it works then.
(It's also possible you got a defective LED...)
