Is there normally a spacer that goes between the water pump flange and the pulley wheel that bolts to it? The pulley wheel is too close to the block to line up correctly. |

No but you can get them. The pump probably has had the flange pressed on too far. |

Or you may have the wrong water pump pulley or the lower vibration dampener my not be pressed all the way onto the crank. DD |
