It might be time to run a little Seafoam through it to clean out the carbon build up.

Is this a daily driver?
How bad is the mis?
Are the plug wires in good shape?
How do the plugs look?
Are the plugs even colored between all the cylinders?

Let us know what you see.

is this an even misfire, like tic-tic-tic or is it sporadic?
whats your coil's primary voltage at idle? does the misfire disappear when you rev up the engine or hold it at a high rpm?
i wonder if you might have a bad coil wire in the bunch or the cap's been ground off-center, which might show if your primary coil voltage is too low...
was this misfire there before the tune-up?

does this mean you found the problem, or... ?
dude. youve only answered a few of the several questions we've asked you. the more you tell us, the more we can help.

that said. theres a place in australia called gippsland pentastar (GPRS Australia) that makes the absolute best intake and exhaust gaskets available. they solve all of the issues of what's currently available in the aftermarket. it will take patience, but it is well worth the wait. shoot them an email: mrmopar@iprimus.com.au
theyre not that expensive.
once you get a set of gaskets go back to the homepage and under "articles" you will find a detailed write-up on how to get the best seal on your intake/exhaust gaskets. theres only one way to do it right.
good luck~
