I have a 225 slant six in an aircraft tug that I am unable to fully identify! the only numbers on the block are on the left side mid body 330-3 and behind that is 1500 AAWJ. The intake manifold # is 4104580H, on the top of the valve cover is stamped 781W022 and on the right side where the head meets the block is O225R 6 36 L. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I have. I've looked at a few sites and these numbers are not listed.

What are you trying to do? Repair, Replace, Tune up???
All the slants are basicly the same with the 80s they started Hyd Lifters.

My parts catalogues are a little sparse in the mid-late '70s, but it looks as if you probably have a 1978 engine there, by the "O" before the 225. The "R" indicates it's an ordinary passenger car engine.

What assistance do you require with this engine?

I'm trying to replace a rear main seal and just found the compression on #2 is about 25 psi. Did a leak down test and found massive blow by from the crank case so I'll have to dig further into this. Any info you can supply would be greatly apprichated.
