Thought I'd fire-up the motor for the first time today, but no luck.
After filling all the fluids, I saw something dripping under the car. It was water coming from the head, not the head gasket, but from the manifold studs. I followed the instructions in the repair books (Chilton's and Dodge Service Manual). We just tightened them to 10 ft/lbs. Did I forget something? Was I supposed to put sealant on them?
I pulled the manifolds back off and removed the studs. Any advice on what to do to keep this from happening again?
Thanks!

You can put sealant on the studs before installing them and that will usually stop it. I personally think most people get so mad that they forgot to put the sealer on them they just let them rust themselves shut :-) I forgot to seal them on my 360 last week and I just drove it 30-40 miles and it stopped leaking right away. Since you have already pulled the studs, I would put some sealer on them and put it all back together.
