It seems like I always run into these type of technicalities.

So I have a 5 SBP (1/2" bolts =small?).
When I measure the lugs center to center they are about 3 13/16 " +
Is this the nominal measurement for a 4 inch pattern?
Or does 4 inch represent the overall diameter measurement as opposed to the cross measurement distance to the bolts?

Doofus here from planet Boltulon.

A 4" diameter circle will have the center of each bolt on it.

The approx. measurement between 2 bolts is about 4" center to outside when you have 5 bolts.
