When I get my Valiant back one of the first things I want to do is put our current American Racing 'outlaw 2' wheels in storage and get some 14" steel wheels. We have a front end Duster disk brake conversion, but I'm wondering, do I need a minimum width for the wheels? I figured originally to just buy the first set of wheels I saw that had the right condition to cost ratio, but didn't put width into consideration. Would 14x5's work, or should I be looking for something more like 14x6's? Small bolt pattern eliminates about 95% of manufactured wheels fitting my/many sbp car(s), but of the few choices I think I like the stock, stripped-down steelie look the best.

So will 14x5's fit or should I seek wider rims?

Do you have the SBP K-H brakes or the later style BBP?

AFAIK, all the SBP steel wheels will clear the K-H brakes.
