Use the search button. These issues have been discussed numerous times before in great depth.

A factory cam would be fine for what you have planned.
The next step up would be an Erson RV10 - 295 RDP grind.

If you don't cut much off the head or deck and your adjustment screws are in the "middle" of the threading for adjustment, then you could probably reuse them...It doesn't take much to bend them though, so if you decide to get the headwork done and change to a set of double springs like 340 springs, you may want to opt to go with a custom pushrod that 3/8" and moly instead of the 5/16" stockers... If you cut about .1 or more out of a "late" engine (say 1973+), you will need to check the geometry of the pushrod cup to the rocker arm.

Most of the choices in this field are "custom" and not just something to pick out of a catalog like "brand x"...luckily there are companies that are willing to work with you for less cost than a catalog comp cam let's say.
