I was dreaming up a turbocharged blow-through TBI system utilizing the megasquirt v2 and a heat exchanger to help fully vaporize the fuel mixture.

From what i understand a slant 6 with forged crank, arp rod bolts, stronger valve retainers, and improved camshaft lubrication should handle over 500 horsepower?

500 hp should be safe from what I've heard if you can keep it out of detonation (and you will probably want forged pistons), but I would go multi-port instead of a TBI as you're likely to get better fuel distribution that way.
