New Hot Rod came in the mail yesterday. Sat down on the bowl this morning to read it, and what a pleasant surprise. A whole page of slant six stuff. Including the URL for this very site. Sweet.

Ya it's a good thing I drove the van and not the valiant. I doubt the valiant would have made it in. That van gets attention everywhere it goes

In the article it says that the slant in Doc's is all aluminum - including the head.... i didnt think Chrysler made any aluminum headed /6's ??

They didn't mass produce aluminum slant heads, but they made a few prototypes. A handful survive.
