I just got a 67 Dart. It still has the 5x4 bolt pattern. Just the other day I lowered it 2" front & rear. Now Im trying to get rid of the 13""wheels and go with a modern 16" wheel. I want to stick with the factory brakes and just use a wheel adaptor to use a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. The adaptor is 1" thick. I want to use a 16x8 for the rears with a low profile tire. Not sure what size I should use for the fronts and I dont know what backspacing to use for the fronts & rears either... Any advise of backspacing and tire size? I'd like to use a low profile tire. Like a 50 or 55 series. Thanks!
