How are the fuel injector guys running the injectors on to the manifold? Is there an aluminum casting that one can weld onto the aluminum manifold? Thanks Richard richard-c@e-d-a.com |

Available from MSD, from their fuel injection components parts. MSD claims that they will accept the GM injectors. Warning....MSD is a little proud of them. Locally, I was quoted $90 for a set of 8. It's been suggested to have Clifford/Offy intake drilled at 45* right next to head mount flange for the bosses. You could then either epoxy , or have them welded into place. I think I'm going the welded route. Roger GTS225@aol.com |

Not sure I understand fourth sentence/question. "cm ones"....is that a typo, and you wanted to say gm ones? If so, yes, it would be the injectors that have been used pretty much since they started doing EFI. Roger GTS225@aol.com |

Yours truly cracked a head and you can't find these damn things anywhere, so I wanted to ionject a non injected one. I think I would be better off making my ond bosses though as they are supposed to be the rubber hosed units so I need mount screw bosses on the heads as well as the nose seal. Been forced to derive the valeint (darn!!!!!) and I still love her! |

I hope everyone knows that all of the regular (non-hyperpack) 4bbl manifolds from Clifford ALREADY have these 45 degree injector bosses cast in to them. I have a WH and non-WH, both with the bosses in them. Might save a lot of time and welding... Lou lmadsen@email.unc.edu |
