Going to pick up a set of 892/893 torsion bars tomorrow. Should be a direct swap for the old ones yes? Or is there a gotcha? They are year/model appropriate.

Thanks in advance,

Nat

Yep, all A-body torsion bars are interchangeable. Make sure to put the left bar on the left, and the right bar on the right.

Ok, is the odd number for the port or starboard side?

With paired parts on a Mopar, the even-number part goes on the starboard side, the odd number to port.

Aye, matey! And fore and aft make no difference.

Unless you want to leave some possibility of seeing the number through the rear socket ...
