Re-engineered Carter AFB actually. I use Edelbrock parts in my Carter. Did Weber do an AFB clone as well? CJ |

From the pics I have found it seems as if Weber actually manufactures these carbs for Edelbrock Have a 500cfm on back order - Edelbrock badge will be removed pronto - I LIKE Weber

I have used those carbs. Last one I bought had FOUR manufacturer's names on it - Weber, Edelbrock, Federal Mogul, and Carter... Lou |

Eddy bought the carb divison from carter and has weber make them. |

Weber has been making them for Edelbrock since the late '80s. Saw it in an old Hot Rod mag few days ago. |

Putzie on the old Slant board was calling them Edelwebers years ago. |
