Back when I had too much cash and not enough mechanical problems I purchased some hood seals, forward and cowl. Has anyone replaced these? I don't recall any of my Mopars ever having had them. Now I'm wondering if one might be better off not installing them, engine bay heat-wise.

All cars have hood-to-cowl seals, to keep underhood fumes and smells from being sucked into the passenger compartment thru the cowl air intake. Cars with A/C and heavy-duty cooling also have hood-to-radiator-support seals, so air flows thru the radiator, not overtop of it. Don't leave these seals off, it won't improve anything.
