Ok the horn on my 73 Duster used to work just fine. Now for some reason it has stopped. I've tried the tests in the FSM at the relay. When I put a wire between the #1(fuse) socket and the #3 horn socket the horn blows. When I put a wire between the #1 and #2 (horn switch) and press the horn switch it blew the fuse.

I pulled it all apart and it looks just like when it worked. It has to be either the relay or a wire between the relay and the switch but if that were the case I wouldn't think it would blow the fuse (power must be flowing right?) But the FSM says if the horn doesn't blow it's the switch or wiring.

FYI I have a grant aftermarket wheel on but like I said it worked fine a few weeks ago. ARGHHHH!
