Post subject: Rod Info Needed

I received my Rods today that are supposed to be 198 Rods.The #1947167 is on the side of the Rod & #65 on the other side.Can someone tell me what Rod i have ?,it does not measure 7" center of piston pin to center of Rod ,more like 6"..........arthur

That is the 170 forging number, these should be 5.7 inches long.
Al's revised table has this info. (see the link)
(We did find a way to convert this table into a small printable file so we will add it to the article section once Chuck returns)
