I own a 1966 plymouth valiant signet with a 225 slant six , modified as per hotrod magazine article "slant sickness" my problem is my adjustable rocker arms are worn out , no running torque on a few adjuster screws, (loose). I have to keep regapping every so often. I have worn out my fingers checking sites for replacement originals and thought of going to adjustable roller rockers but no luck. Am I stuck going to the junk yard ?

Welcome on the board. There are a few ways of addressing this issue. See the valve adjustment article. There's also at least one outfit selling rebuilt rocker shaft assemblies with good rockers: http://www.rockerarms.com

I have a bunch of good used SL6 rocker arm assemblies, if you want to go in that direction.

Just picked up new adjustable rocker arms from Kanter. Works great. Problem solved
