try this site the have 4.10 and 3.9 somethin gears. pretty cheap. I think I spent around $280 for gears and a bearing kit with shims and crush sleeve

shipping may kill this but there was a guy on "f body mopars . com" that had an 8-1/4 with 5.something gears in it fresh and ready to run.
