hey guys i need some help i'm building a 73 plymouth duster with a 230 3 speed with floor shift trans.

so first things first
1. will the four speed bolt up to my 3 speed bell housing? (i think they have the same spline)
2. will i be able to use the stock drive shaft?
3.will i need a new transmission mount and cross member
4.what kind of shifters are good to use? i went on summit and all i can find is shifters for a "new process 422" and none for a duster also i want to run a pistol grip shifter

thanks
josh

Your bellhousing may or may not have the 4 speed pattern in it.

Driveshaft should be the same, but you will need a 4 speed yoke.

Mount and crossmember should be the same.

Pistol Grip for a Duster is available from either Brewer's or Passon I believe.
