hello. i'm looking for rebuildable Suregrip for my 8 3/4. my current posi is Auburn type and is DONE! if anyone is selling or knows of, please help.....my car is crippled!

You'll need a '68 and earlier clutch-type sure grip...kinda hard to find. These also need to be rebuilt when they get worn, but at least you CAN rebuild them...

I've thought about this a lot, I finally came to the conclusion that if I could not find a clutch-type SG, I'd rather use a Detroit Locker than a Auburn cone type. Those 8 3/4 Auburns are just WAY too much money for something that wears out and is non-rebuildable. The Det locker is more money but is bulletproof. I'm not sure who sells them, but anybody that sells Det lockers should be able to get one for the 8 3/4.
