I'm thinking since I already have most of the parts, I might be able to get my doors rebuilt and fixed up before I deploy in May. Is there any basic writeup that anyone's done for restoring A-body doors from a 2door? I know the basic jist of what I'm doing, but was wondering if anyone knew of any good tips & tricks to getting the job done. They'll be patched and rattlecanned with dark primer before reinstallation too, so as to help prevent rusting. My problem areas are the where the mirror mounts on the driver's door starting to rust out, and I want to find a good way to keep the windows from rattling when they're rolled down. That might take some creativity I'm thinking.....
