hey all, i bought this kit http://tinyurl.com/ydsx3hp last year and am now ready to put it on my 67 dart gt, anyone used these? anything to be aware of? the kit is for cars with 10" drums, bought 10" spindles (sold both my pairs to Lou before i knew i would ever need them) from a member on here (forget who, but thanks!) last night i got the front up on jack stands in the garage, got the passenger side drum off, need to swing by a parts store on the way home for a pickle fork. going to replace front shocks while im there, put kyb's on the back last year, just went with monroe's from rock auto for the front. working for a friend tonight, wiring up trailer lights etc, that should pay for the shocks and maybe some used tires...rotors/calipers clear these slightly rusty chrome plated 14" steel slot mags i picked up for cheap in high school.
hoping to have on by this weekend, but that depends on if i can find some good cheap tires to put on the mags. i will post again later about the kit install and any issues, and if youve done it and have any input, let me know!
