I know the internally balanced small block a904 torque converters will swap so the 4 flexplate to converter bolts line up, but what about the bolt pattern in the back of the cranks where the flexplate bolts up?

You will have to oblong one bolt hole, but it will work. That's how I got an SFI approved flexplate on my car. :D
