My old 64 dart 225 is getting tired and smoking so I'm going to put a 73 225 and 904 into the dart. Is there any issues I don't know about by doing this swap?

You haven't listed what needs to be done so my bet is that you don't know the issues involved with this swap.
Someone once told me you can't know something you don't know. Maybe you'd like to rephrase the question? 8)

If it has a 904 in it now all you will need is the adapter for the small snout converter to crankshaft. Then use all of what you have now.

If your transmission is sound keep it. Get the bushing for the crank pocket to properly support the nose of the torque converter. In 1968 the nose of the torque converter and the pilot hole in the crank got larger. Swap oil pans, oil pickup, dipstick with tube (optional) and the manifolds (also optional). I also like the appearance of the early valve cover better so if it were mince I'd swap that too. Swapping a slant is a decent weekend project. When I was 19 I pulled the 225 from my '66 Dart and installed the fresh engine in about 8 hours unassisted.
