After boring for the 3.504 pistons i'm figuring cylinder wall thickness will be around .110 in spots is this getting to thin or is this enought. Also how mutch can be decked i'm thinking about .100 will be useing 6.7 rods with 44cc head cr should be around 9.0

.110" is too thin. Normally aspirated and stock RPM levels I'd say .125" minimum. Higher RPM and/or any form of supercharging I'd want .150" minimum. If the cylinder walls are that thin I wonder about the deck thickness.

See if the machine shop doing the work has a sonic checker. I agree with Skinner, if the thickness doesn't fall into the range he mentioned, it wouldn't make much sense to spend the money to have it done. If they do have a sonic checker, make sure they check the entire length of all the cylinders on the major thrust side, and not just one or two spots at random.

I talked with the machine shop he thinks you could go down to .100 wall thickness but i'm thinking of going with the 3.484 oversize would give me extra .020 and he would sonic check first. He was not crazy about decking block .100 I believe I have read on other posts of decking more than this. One I believe said .140 any body think .100 is safe

i have seen it said many times that just picking a random number to shave off the block is asking for trouble.
Have u mocked it up and done all the math to arrive at ur .100" ?

Look at how tall the cylinders are. .100" is cr@p. Find a better block.

We will be using 6.7 rods with 44cc head, cr should be around 9.0
The 1.6 deck height Wiseco or 2.2 family of pistons are designed to be used with the 7.005 c to c con rods.
Short compression height pistons need longer connecting rods or more crank stroke in order to get to the correct compression ratio.

Without sonic checking, you will have no way of reliably knowing wall thickness. Casting variations could be quite a lot, but lots of folks have used 3.504" bore with no troubles (but sealing/distortion, who knows...).
