Here's my dilemma I was trying to remove my crank dampner with a two jaw puller and I pulled the pulley off the dampner
Is there a way to press the pulley back on or should I try and replace the dampner with a new one?
also there is a rubber ring between the dampner and the pulley I think that would need to be replaced as will does anybody have any ideas were I can get a new one?
Does anybody make a after market dampner?
The motor is a 69 motor

Aaron

Do a search on this site. I know there are several companies that can recondition the one you have or sell you a new one. As far as I know it is not something you can do in your garage.

Bummer. Next time use the threaded holes in the damper hub.

You can't just press it back together, but it can be rebuilt. I like the Powerbond new ones myself.
