Will be swapping a 833OD into the Duster with my 7 1/4. I have a good shaft for that. Is there a difference in length when swapping to an 8 3/4? |

The 8 3/4 is a bigger unit (longer distance from the U-joint to the wheel/axle shaft centerline) so it will need a shorter driveshaft. I'm sure someone can give you the exact difference in length you need. |

You will have to shorten the driveshaft 1-3/4" for the 8.75 rear. |
