I have been using the search function but find it rather poor. Sifting through pages and pages of off topic post has become time consuming. However I did find the 'once apon a time' group buy copper head gasket from hussey. I fired off an email but don't expect to hear back anytime soon. There was no listing of a 225 headgasket on the site, so I assume it was specailly made.

Can anyone tell me more specifics about o ringing the block and thickness choices on the copper head gasket? How about other suppliers?

no info on the o ring / gasket question,, but when searching for slant six info,, I tend to use google with the word "slant six" also in the query line. More often than not it comes back with a posting or two from the slant six form that are on topic,

I have the Hussey copper head gasket for the race engine I'm building. The block is o-ringed and the head machined for receiver grooves. I have the .043" thick gasket and milled my block and head to achieve the desired compression ratio. Thick gaskets are typically used when too much milling has already been done.
