Don't take this the wrong way, but roller rockers on a Slant are pretty much a waste of money. Unless you are going to run stupid high spring pressures, they won't do anything for you but make a lot of noise. Yes, I have 2 sets. The car has been just as fast with RAS rebuilt stock rockers as it has with my Cox 1.6's. I have a set of Goodman 1.5's too. Got a smokin' deal on them or they would be elsewhere. |

I thought you were on a budget? If you want minimum ET for dollar spent your money should go elsewhere. These rocker arms are made by Rocker Arm Specialist. I have a set. They were $300 down and $300 at time of delivery. I have them because my race engine will spin as high as 8000 RPM and I felt I needed the strength. Most 225s don't spin that fast and are fine with rebuilt stock rockers. A $400-$500 high stall torque converter will get you a much better ET improvement than a $600.00 roller tip rocker arm assembly. |
