I did the 9" to 10" drum swap, as I had a 10" setup available. Just discovered that orig 13" rims don't fit on 10" drums - the bent part of inner rim web holds wheel 1/2" from drum face. Dang. Thought I could keep still ok tires & hubcaps. Guess I am in the market for SBP 14" wheels eh? |

Which 10" drums? A friend had a '66 Barracuda with 10" drums and 13" wheels as original. |

There are different types of 13" wheels, and IIRC the early ones will not fit drums bigger than 9" (or SBP discs). Lou |

Yes, there are two different rim types for the 13" and the eariler ones do not work w/ 10 drum brakes. The good news, I have some extra "wide face" SBP 13" rims and even a set of 14" SBP wheels & tires... in Sunnyvale, CA so drop me a PM. DD |
