Really? Makes sense I suppose. Well, Imma grab something like that at the Home Depot when I put the heater core in this week and save me some money.

Stuff it with a lemon and an onion, rub it with olive oil and rosemary, and roast it for a couple hours at 350°. Quack quack!

An old favorite here, and an alternative to Hoover parts.

Try Thermoid Fresh Air Duct #DFP214-4 as it looks like it will do the trick. Availble http://www.jcwhitney.com/fresh-air-duct ... ilterid=j1. I need to renew mine and took me an age to find 2 1/4 pipe at any reasonable price.

You folks do realize that there are three different sizes to connect to. The defroster vents are about 2 7/16, the outlets on the heater case are one 2 inch, and one 2 1/4 inch.

I thought I saw repro hoses in one of my mopar magazines with the proper end sizes.

Kragen / etc has it but as Charlie says its one size all the way through. I got it to work with some mickymousing - I put two opposing slits on each end and ziptied it on.
