if anyone has a good bitchen set of rockers, where everything still fits tight, and is willing to sell them, i need a set. if not, is it even worth looking in the junkyard and pulling them all off untill i find a good set, or are they usually all bad. i tried using the vice trick to pinch them tight for the adjuster, but i can either not pinch it enough, or it cracks the rocker... i feel this tecniuqe is $#!+. i should have just left the jam nuts on there :\

My local parts house said they had a machine shop that would sell me a rebuilt rocker arm assembly (includes all rockers, locknuts, etc) for around 75 bucks.

Try Oregon Camshaft as well, as I seem to recall they had assemblies too.

Used ones are ok, if they're not destroyed (they tend to be good or destroyed, not much in between). I now have many locknuts on mine and probably will eventually find all the adjusters locknutted...

I just wanted mine to fit tight, so I could adjust them all while car is running, then shut car off, and lock nut them all
