Hello Sages,

Any Suggestions on geatting the Rear Piston Reinstalled for the Clutch Pack?

I put a New Rubber Seal and Lubed it up - It's tough to get in there..

I do Have a Press to use; I am just afaraid of rolling the lip on the Outer Seal.

A piece of Mylar sheet cut to not quite meet at the ends when installed into the hole you are trying to put the piston/seal into, will act like a tapered ring compressor. Leave enough Mylar in heighth to be able to pull out and don't forget to lube it for the seal to slide on.

We put them in by going around the pack with a thin feeler gauge to work the lip of the seal under.

If you can't easily push the piston down with your fingers you've got the lip rolled.

Thanks Dennis - That too is another way to go about this problem.

I was able to install it _ I just used My press and a large Ball joint socket to get it started - Problem was I couldnt get it started square just using my hands alone, then I would roll the seal.
